WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?#

The usual time for delivery is 7 days, that is from the day the goods leaves our warehouse. Depending on the distance, the transport time may differ.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT TERMS?#

The standard condition is payment in advance for all customers. If we are doing business on a regular basis, these terms can of course be discussed.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN WHEN THE MACHINE ARRIVES?#

If you should discover a damage on the packaging when the goods arrive to you, please take pictures of the damages and make a note on the waybill that the goods is damaged. If anything should be broken, the shippers insurance will cover this.

Please send a copy of the waybill and the pictures you have taken to us and we make a report and send you new goods.

WHAT OF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR WRONG WITH THE MACHINE AFTER UNPACKING?#

For making the process more manageable, please document the damage the best you can. Then return the broken part with the documentation to us so the factory can make a control and see what has happen to better prevent it from happening in the future. A new part will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU LAUNCH NEW MODELS?#

New models will be launched as soon as we are sure that we can live up to the high quality standards that the factory maintains. We also want to make sure that we have a good and secured availability of machines and part before we launch new models.

WILL YOU START WITH MORE BRANDS?#

Yes, we are currently working with the process to start delivering Toshiba and Ricoh and will start with those brands in a very close future.

DO YOU HAVE CONSUMABLE ITEMS AND SPARE PARTS?#

Yes we have a certain amount of consumable items that will be out for sale, such as drum units, image units, toners and operation panels to mention a few.
Everything is original parts and partially used, they have at least a lifespan of 75% and will be delivered in their own boxes.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE NEWS?#

The best way is to visit our website on a regular basis. You can also register yourself in or email-list to make sure that you don´t miss a single thing.

HOW DO I PAY EU-VAT?#

To avoid paying the Swedish VAT we need your EU-VAT number when you place your order. The VAT number need to be valid and registered, to avoid that it will be charged with 25% VAT.

HOW DO YOU PACK THE MACHINES?#

All of our refurbished and remanufactured copier will be packed in a new, strong cardboard, designed for export. Together with each machines, there will be a CD containing the installation files and an operation manual in English. The machines will be delivered without toner.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REFURBISHED AND REMANUFACTURED COPIER?#

The difference is that in the remanufactured copier we have changed the fixer units, the developer units and in most machines, the drum units are new.

Choose a remanufactured copier if you want a machine that is good for the environment and is very reliable.

If you want to do more for the environment, then pick a refurbished copier.

WHO DO WE SELL TO?#

We only sell to resellers of copiers. This is because we are unable to offer any service to a private customer after a copier is sold. If you are private customers that want to buy from us, please send us an email and we can recommend a reseller in your area.

We offer you Remanufactured, refurbished and used copier from many brands like Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Toshiba etc. We offer also copier and printer components for majority of the brand and models on the market. All has been tested by our skilled technicians.
